Fully furnished and stocked with linens and kitchen necessities, the unit is intended for one person although a couple could be accommodated. Well-behaved furry friends are welcome.

The bedroom is a clean quiet refuge from the world. With luxury black-out curtains, a fully adjustable bed with a new firm mattress, and plenty of closet and dresser space.

The bedroom contains a large mid-century-modern dresser with deep wooden drawers, a large mirror and a closet behind the velvet curtain. The programmable thermostat is in this room as well.

The bedroom also holds a small desk with lots of drawers and a chair that can be moved to the kitchen when you have a guest for dinner. The USB charging station is convenient too

The bathroom is cozy but clean. It was fully remodeled with brand new tub/shower combo and has plenty of storage, including a linen closet. Window is frosted for privacy.

A Very Rare Find

Our little town is booming.

Literally thousands of people have relocated to Johnson City in the last few years. Maybe you’re one of them, on a real estate scouting mission. Maybe you’re a travel nurse just stopping by for a few months. An engineer interning at Eastman or Siemens. Or a student interning at the JCMC. We hope our centrally-located apartment can be your home away from home for a few months.

With incredible local independent dining, shopping, and an amazing fine arts and performing arts community, Johnson City has something for everyone.

The options for outdoor activities available in the area are outstanding. Enjoy backpacking, mountain climbing, hunting, fishing, biking, and kayaking.

Tannery Knobs is an in-town world class mountain biking park. Watauga and Boone lakes are just a few miles away. Nearby Nolichuky and French Broad Rivers boast some of the best rapids in the SE. Buffalo mountain overlooks ETSU and offers fun day hikes, and you’re just minutes from the Appalachian Trail. And someone say “disk golf”? Head on over to Wing Deer park and lose yourself in nature.

For fine dining and casual cuisine, just follow your nose through the downtown restaurant row. From Asian/Latin fusion, to Greek and Turkish, Indian and traditional German fare, our food options are divine. Just be careful that you don’t get totally distracted by our many microbreweries and gastropubs. Bring your pup and enjoy our town’s dog-friendly outdoor patios.

All of this is to say -no matter the season, be prepared to enjoy your stay in Johnson City. Your in-town home is waiting for you.
